Joselynn E.K. Fember | Managing Director | Dual-Licensed Lawyer
Joselynn is the founder and sole director of the firm, and has overcome myriads of challenges leading to its establishment. Originally from South Africa, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Canadian legal field.

Joselynn is a Barrister and Solicitor and is licensed to practice in the Yukon, Alberta. She has also been admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 2018 and holds an LL.B from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.

In recognition of Joselynn's contribution to the profession, and at the tender age of 27, she was bestowed with the Partner of the Year Award in the 2020 African Legal Awards, hosted by the UK Legal Week and the Corporate Counsel Association of South Africa. Joselynn was also awarded the Honorary Award of the Mail and Guardian's Top 200 Young South Africans in June 2021. In 2023, Finance Monthly (U.K.) recognised Joselynn as Business Law Lawyer of the Year.

In 2019, Joselynn founded and was the Managing Partner of Fember Attorneys Incorporated, a top law firm in Africa's richest square mile, Sandton, from 2019 to 2023. Her innovative approach to legal services resulted in the firm being nominated for several local and international awards in recognition of its progressive approach to legal services in South Africa, including being placed on the shortlist in the African Legal Awards 2020 for the African Innovation Award.
Joselynn's legal specialities are commercial, criminal and family law. She has assisted multinational companies, handled complex high-profile cases and has been invited to speak on several media platforms to advise on different aspects of the law, including criminal law, child law and business law.

Adrian has a passion, spirit and vigour that can be matched by few.
He has a strong entrepreneurial background and has founded and developed many successful businesses, including Colyn Solutionists and Fember Attorneys Incorporated in South Africa. Adrian also has many years of experience in the luxury market and has done incredible work for blue chip companies.
Adrian's background in business, strategy and client development is integral to the work that Fember Law does. He is passionate about excellent client service, innovation and technology.
